Refund Policy

WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO OUR CUSTOMERS ARE IN THE BEST CONDITION.

Please check the package before you sign for it. If the product is not in good condition, please do not sign for it. Then request documentation (such as photos of damaged goods) from the carrier and contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Important: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after signature confirmation.

1. Full Refund

  • For quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Return shipment required at your expense
  • Full refund processed within 72 hours of receiving returned items

2. Product Replacement

  • For quality issues reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Return shipment required at your expense
  • New replacement shipped upon receipt of returned items
  • We cover all shipping costs for replacement products

Non-Quality Related Issues

Full refunds are not available for the following circumstances:

  • "The product does not look like the ones in your picture"
  • "The product is not what I'd imagine it to be"
  • "I am not satisfied with this product"
  • "The Product did not arrive in time"

Partial Refund Process:

  • A handling fee will be deducted based on your order total
  • Refund amount calculated after inspection of returned items
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after item receipt
